We got the scoop on runway trends from the Oscars!

This is the event we have all been waiting for! Our star studded red carpet featured some of the top hair and make up of the season. We were on standby to pull out some of the hottest trends to hit the award show. Did your favorites make the list?

Our favorite look of the night was none other than Lady Gaga. Not only did she give an amazing (and tear-jerking) performance, but her hair and make up was flawless. Gaga strutted the runway with a hues of gold and peach, bringing out her eyes with sparkle and shine—and those lashes! Her gorgeous blonde locks were sculpted into big curls prepped and pinned to perfection. Not one strand out of place, we will definitely be re-creating this mane!

Special mentions have to be made to Olivia Wilde. We loved the soft front braid to sweep the hair off her face and add some extra texture by wrapping the braid into an up-do. To make her green eyes pop, Wilde came decked out with a soft smokey eye coated in some shimmer and glimmer. Not only did her sky high lashes stand out, but she kept the rest of her make up simple and elegant.

Brie Larson, we loved the hair bling! Her overall look was simple but carried just enough sparkle to keep the cameras on her. A rosey pink lip color complemented her light skin tone perfectly. Her hair was curled into casual, loose waves and then pieces were pulled back, away from her face and woven into an ethereal wrap we foundhere. But you can recreate your own with more affordable options.

Jennifer Garner looked timeless with her Oscars style this year. From head to toe her look was elegant and put together. Garner’s swept back up-do gave her just enough volume and then pinned back into a pointed finish. Her subtle smokey eye caught a glimmer with the right amount of highlighter on her cheekbones and completed the look with a neutral lip. Garner took up the challenge of Old Hollywood Glamour with ease.
